Do my discussions about economics, politics, and theology actually make a change?
Is this a worth while use of my time?
Let’s break this down:
I’m a follower of Austrian Economics. FTR: This study examines the economy as researched by economists from Austria. It is not a study of Austria's economy.
Some key individuals and sites:
Why Austrian?
For starters, it doesn’t try to solve every problem under the sun. Furthermore, it demonstrates that there is almost no way the government can operate without undermining prosperity.
Does that make me an Anarchist?
Under current social values, one must ask: Can you reshape society by addressing the egg, i.e., the future society, or the chicken, i.e., the current society? The more brutal fight is the current society's influence, but the bigger unknown is the future society.
This is when I hear things like Tim Pool say items like we have to recapture culture to create a more sane society. I have to agree. Until that happens, any changes to government spending are going to make you the villain of one classification of society or another.
This is where side hustles come into play. The less dependent a person is on government, the more likely they are to want less government interference in their life. This is one of the lessons from Jason Stapleton.
I’ll post part two soon.
